AMETEK Ameron hereby provide rupture disc for pressurized railcars at constant risk of explosion due to improper or changing pressurization. Scored railcar (SRC) rupture disc meets AAR standards and protects against railcar explosions. The scored disc in the SRC allows for a solid metal disc that eliminates the pos-sibility of leaks. This SRC rupture disc is designed to fit standard threaded or bolted railroad tank car safe-ty vents.
